Suppression of fact

A female employee declared herself in online salary ( COSA ) form as divorcee in 2013 & also in September-2017 ; but , now she applied for child care leave ( D-O-B of the child is 03-05-2017). In the B.R.C. name of father of the new born baby is written as the employee's former husband. Is the employee elligible to avail CCL as she suppressed the fact ?

If the fact is brought to the notice of the employer, necessary disciplinary action will be taken against such employee as per existing rules.
