Would anybody help me immediately? I need judgements supporting that surviving female account holder of joint postal MIS Scheme will become absolute owner of the money on death of other male account holder, excluding legal heirs of that deceased account holder. Are there any judgements supporting this view under Section 14(1) of Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
