good evening respected advocates,
i need to prepare a teaming agreement between 2 companies which existed one in USA and one in India ( this india company having its parent company again in USA) TO DEVELOP A SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
please suggest me what are the manadatory caluses i need to add in the agreement.
