technical resignation

can technical resignation be taken back in central govt during probation on any grounds?

I am adding additional information that I have joined in the same dept(cag) but different location by taking technical resignation. thanks

If they not accepted your resignation within a specified period, then you can withdraw it.

Thanks sir. They have accepted technical resignation in Hyderabad cag office. I joined the same dept but in Karnataka. It is hardly 3 weeks.can I withdraw my technical resignation and go back to lower grade pay to Hyd office.
