Dear Respected Lawyers,
My wife filed a suit with some documents and that time there was no signature on them but at the time of evidence she produced the same documents with her signature. Please let me know if any case can be registered against her.

That documents which are marked as exhibits with affidavit are only valid. If your advocate has valid ground to resist the same let him cross examine her and confront her with such documents./exhibits marked.
