Tenacy rights

Stamp Duty for an apartment in redevelopment projects shall be bared by tenant or developer ? Also do tenant has to pay for car parking?

It depends. In case of my mother a protected tenant under Mumbai Rent Control Act she paid 50% of the value and 50% was borne by the developers.
