Tenancy agreement.

I started a pharmacy shop whose agreement is expiring soon. The agreement was for 3 years. I have paid all my rent at time with GST. Durring the time of agreement landlord verbally assured me that they will renew the agreement after each period of 3 years. So I planned the whole thing for long time and spent arround 30 lakhs of sum of money. Now the landlord is telling me to vacate the place by showing the reason that they will be beginning some construction work and that constructed building will not have provision for small business like us. My stocks are not cleared. Also not able to get a new commercial palce near by. Hence I am dealing with huge lost. Kindly some body please suggest me that can i take any legal action against it?

It's catch 22 situation but you can force owner to renew the agreement. You are not tenant under Rent Control Act but a licensee only. Still look out for a local advocate or offer higher licence fee if it works.
