Tenant's mischiefs

I have a tenant who was sending his rental cheques via Registered Post. Suddenly he started to play some kind of a game and I found no cheques inside his mailings. Instead there were a couple of blank papers.

This happened for two consecutive months. So naturally I did not send him any rental receipt nor did I accept any rent from him from the third month. Now I heard he is depositing rent with the Rent Control.

How can I recover the rent that I did not receive and got blank papers instead. Can I use this incident to evict this tenant?

First u send him Notice and ask for such mischief . If he does not reply within stipulated period of ur Notice then ur options are open.

Yes, first send a lawyer's notice to the tenant and on receipt of his reply initiate appropriate legal actions as envisaged in law.
