Is there any online procedure, where i can collect all details for specified property.

7. You need to select a district. ...
8. Now you can search 7/12 record of land by entering survey number of by entering a name.

I have heard that we can easily search online, but how, don't know. even m not finding clear procedure on google.

dear if you are residing in maharashtra please visit the oofice of land revenue offficer (tehsildar ) to conifrm the details.

You have to visit sub registrar office of the area. Pay the prescribed fees for title search Go personally through sale purchase records of the property viz plot gat no servey no For 30 years Secondly go talathi office for last 10 years records 7/12 and mutation entries therein For another 20 years go to tahashil office record Synchronize it criminologically and prepare search repor .
