Sir,
There is a Plot which were Registered on name of my father and tauji but after death of both owners ,respective Family Members have become the owner ,as of now there are total 8 owners .4 from my Family and 4 From my Tauji.
But as My brother is suffering from mental illness and many times also ran away from home .
In that Condition can we sold a property ?
if yes please show the Path .
Apart of that as he ran away from home and we are unable to find him then in that condition what will happen .
Requested you to kinldy give Suggestion as soon as possible as its a very serious issue for all our family members.
