Took posession of my locked villa

To buy villa I took loan from hdfc bank so all my original documentsare in bank. for last 9 months Its locked .my sister's son in law made my will without my consent and did forged registry on his name.

Last night I came to know that he broke the lock and  claimed that villa to be his place.

A Will shall come into force only after the death of the testator, hence even if he had foerged your signature and created a Will, it cannot come into force during your lifetime.

If he had broken the lock and illegally entered into the property, you can lodge a criminal complaint for criminal trespass, burglary and other reltated offence with the local police

The facts posted are less than convincing. Evenif there is a Will, forged or otherwise, it takes effect after the lifetime of the testator.
