Hi Sir, My wife filed 498a,DV and maintenance cases in "Guntur" town in march. that time she was in Guntur town only. Now she moved to "Chittor" town with my kids. and kids are studying in the same town with her. My home town is far away(around 350 km) from Guntur town and very near to Chittor(her present place) town. All cases are registered in Guntur court only. Now, My wife wants to torture us to travel 350 km for every trail. 498a and DV are filed on 9 memebers. going each time to Guntur town for all is head ache work as some of the accused are old age people and have health issues. As my wife and Kids are now staying near to my home town, is it possible to transfer cases from Guntur to Chittor(her present staying) town? Please advice.. Thanks in advance.
