Transfer of Jurisdiction

Hi,

One police officer told me to accept your guilty in front of magistrate and he will leave you and no need to hire advocate hence I accepted my guilty in front of magistrate

Lower court magistrate found me guilty and punished for Rs. 1800 fine, driving licence suspend for six month and 3 day simple impressment. Same day i got bail and appealed for revision in upper court. Now it's very difficult for me to go Mumbai for each date.

Request you to please suggest what should i do now !

Regards,

Learning

what was your crime and under which sections you were charged and you accepted your offence

it is an appeal you need not to attend the court regularly.  The order passed by  the lower court will be stayed on your application by the dist., court/high court.
