My grandfather holds a property Jointly with his elder brother in delhi.
Now my grandfather is dead but his brother is still alive. Now the share of his property will go to his brother or his legal heirs (survived by 2 sons and 2 daughters, wife is dead)?
On the property papers it is written "vendees in equal shares".
