Suggest a paper on detailing the steps of conveyance of a property from the developer to a registered cooperative society will be a great welcome as this is a burning issue faced by many a new apartment buyers from leading developers/builders. The essence of focus in terms of the basic rights and permissible redressal available for an ordinary resident member who is a purchaser of a flat or apartment in a building / complex.
