Transfer petition for divorce proceedings

I had registered FIR against my husband 4 months back and booked for 498A. Now My husband filed divorce petition in civil court in pune..I stay in mumbai with my parents. I hv been notified with a date to appear in court later in the month of april. I hv received summons from court but petition copy was nt received with summons. Please guide me on the proceedings for filing transfer petition and cost . Can I apply for transfer before appearing in pune.

transfer application and all these u should think before u filed the case...ok

cost is nothing, i mean the cost is same u spent on FIR of 498a.

u received the summon of court it means he has opened the door of heaven for self and u helped to open it for him.

now enjoy your badluck foreever bcoz judges also aware of this situation.
