Transfer property in society whith a defunct managing commit

if society has not transferred property in your name did you complain to dy registrar .?

did you address any notice to society to transfer property in your name .?

alo please cross check provisions of cooperative society act of your state . contact a local lawyer .

i purchased one shop from a builder and he mentioned in the registration deed about maintenance of the common area through his maintenance agency whose owner he himself is. later on he became in financial mess and stopped providing cam services even the electric supply as he defaulted the consolidated electric bill payment to the authorities. in the mean time we owners formed the scoiety and registred it . he is creating hurdles in day to day activities as locking the parking  and stopping the lifts etc.

please advise what rights we have wrt to the common area activities.
