My father purchased land in my name when was 10years old. All documents are perfectly done except Patta not registered in my name.
Land was purchased from the person, who has one elder brother, were no ways entertained early period but seller passed way he claims of land belongs to him, just by four witness signed in plain paper and all stuff created, no govt documents added for partition
The elder brother now have applied for building construction noc from municipal thrice with different measurements and all with power being in political party he used that too..since am leaving in different states I was not been informed of any construction made on my plot(120sq.ft)trespased and constructed hut cement sheets building and gave it on rent..
After going through found record submitted by him for noc was not satisfied but municipal sanction just for local political power influence letter by his own..

Kindly suggest me how to get my land
Legally from court order or any other way to sue criminal case against him.

I think firstly you filed application for  temporary injuction...
