my father had 4 brothers and one sister. 3 of them has passed away including my father. now 4th and 5th brothers staying in the house that was built by my father. it is on the an estrL land which has right to the 2 brothers and their siblings.
but 2 uncles living there are obstructing partition of the ancestral land. can they be vacated from the house on the undivided land till partition takes place
You can file suit for partition but you cannot vacate them until share is allotted .
