Advocate tribunal set up by builder as per sale deed terms to reslove payment maintenace( despite zero maintenace)  and even no seprate agreement for maintenace.In sale deed it is written that after formation of sociecty  maintenace will be done by society

and even a sr civil judge has said that arbitration can only be help for title and not for maintenece  in a case between association vs builder.But advocate tribunal who is builder person says this judgement is not for  individual and builder .

r . we gave lot of s.c  judgment but of no use. tribunal is going against individual depite court order in favour of association( formed by individual members)

kindly advive what we should do to avoid this hi handness chetaing done by builder with the help of tribunal advocate appointed by him
