Dear All,
as my wife intending to file a case against me under 498a section and DV act , and My Dad is working in indian railway and he has a fear of that his job may in truble if my wife write my father name in complaint
is it possible that my father will loose his job due to complaint of my wife against me / mom / dad...

If a govt. employee is under arrest for more than 48 hours he is likely to be suspended .However no question of losing job till conviction. Your first priority should be to apply for AB and stay underground till AB is granted.

If you move intelligently and avoid arrest, then there is no chance of being suspended from the job.
