Dear Learned experts,
My wife has criminal intention to implicate me in false 498a. Divorce pettion is under evidence stage now. I found my wife has been using a matrimonial site for next marraige when she is legally married to me, In her profile, she mentioned as " unmarried" and also quoted reduced age. I want to file criminal case against her for this activity. However I learnt that unless she ahd used that profile to lure someone, it cannot fall in criminal section. Now I want to seek information regarding that profile from the admin of the matrimonial site to defend my case.
Under which procedure or section, I can request it?
On my reading two such court procedures have come to mind.
1)u/o 11 rule 14 of CPC through court
2)section 91 crpc
As both sections fall under CRPc whereas my suit is civil nature, can i use any one of the section to seek informaion?
anyother alternative idea for getting the required information?
