Urgent Help - Relieving Letter

Hi,

I worked with a company for the last 11 months and I recently put down my papers and I told them that I don't want to serve my notice period. They immediately closed my mail access and network access and did not give me any document acknowledging my resignation. After this my HR person told me I must pay 2 months notice pay to get my relieving letter.

I told them I did not want my relieving letter or experience letter. After this, they have still not given me any document acknowledging my resignation. Nor have they initiated the exit formalities or given me any information about my Full&Final settlement or PF transfers. They are behaving as if I have absconded from the company and they will also tell my future employer the same thing during background verification.

How can I get out of this situation without losing my self-respect or my future? Please help.

Note: The company is full of unscrupulous people who will not hesitate to jeopardize any employee's interests for their own gain. I have to be extremely careful or I could ruin my future forever.

I just wanted to add that my notice pay would be to the tune of INR 80000 and I have no intention of paying it.
