Validity of the stamp paper for nda !

Dear Legal Friends

I need your help.

My proprietorship firm is getting into an Non Disclosure Agreement with a Company. My Firm is based in Gurgaon and the other company is based in Delhi. We have signed this NDA on stamp papers purchased from Delhi, but in agreement we have mentioned the courts will be of Gurgaon. Is this NDA valid or we have to change the courts to delhi. or buy stamp papers from Gurgaon in order to have the courts of Gurgaon. Also pls if you can clarify:

1) Which state Haryana or Delhi has better cyber laws

2) Shd the legal documents be signed in Black ink or Blue or any ink would do.

3) Is it necessary to have witness on this NDA

4) Is it necessary to put the company seal of both parties on this NDA .

And early reply will be highly appreciated

Non Judicial stamp paper purchased in one state can be used in another state, unless there is a specific bar to such use by any statutory rules of the State.

2) Shd the legal documents be signed in Black ink or Blue or any ink would do.?

either  blue or  Black

It is better sign the legal documents in blue ink, so that orginal siganature can be differtiated from photocopies which would show a black copied signature.

Stamping is legally necessary.
Registration and notarization are not legally necessary, but are always advisable, as it makes it easier for you to prove your case.

Is it necessary to have witness on this NDA
