well

This question was asked earlier but I did not get a proper reply. I stay withy parents and have a younger sister and elder brother. My mom has not made a will yet. Elder bro is separated... I do not want a single penny from my parents property. What should I do

Exactly, u need not do anything right now. When rest of the family members approach you, execute a deed of declaration in their favor inter alia mentioning that u are waiving your rights over d property

But problem is that they would be interested in mentioning my name but I am not interested in it
