What is the meaning of b/o id m/o in cause list ?

Q1. What is the meaning of B/O id. M/O entered in Cause List Register of court at Kolkata?

Q2. If one accused bring a stay order from High Court to the Trial Court for the order issued, is there a fixed time limit for him to move to the High Court against the Trial Court Judgement ? Will the complainant have to appear to High Court against his move?

As per what I understand, the accused can move to the high-court for quashing of proceedings/staying of the order any time during the period of trial, before the final judgement has been made on the matter. If an accused wants to challenge the final judgement/decision of the trial court, he can make an appeal in the High Court within 60 days of passing of such decision.
