Hi,
I had purchased a site at Bangalore(Karnataka) prior to october 2011. The owner resides(with PR) in U.S.A and has given GPA to her mother when she had come down to India. The GPA has been notorized on stamp paper but not registered. Based on this GPA the sale deed was done. Also the ownership is changed to my name.
Now I have this question. Do the GPA among the blood relation(mother-daughter) is valid with notorization(without registering it).
If not, then what steps I need to take at this stage to make it completely secured deed.
