What are the Important documents to consider when buying New Apartment from a builder.
I am looking for buying apartment in Bangalore preferably from builder. Please let me know what are the important things I need to check before I give the booking amount.

The key documents are
The permission to develop land into a residential complex
Environmental and municipal clearances certificates
Whether builder has the authority to transfer the undivided share of land to each flat owner and the entire plot to the society, on completion of the project.
