When tds deductible by a proprietorship firm

Sir,

I think if a proprietorship concern has to be done mandatory audit  in a financial year, The concern must has to deduct TDS from the next financial year.

Q.1.  if  a proprietorship concern has total sale below audit limit in a financial year, but shows net profit below   8%,  does the firm has to deduct tds from next financial year.

Q.2.     if  a proprietorship concern comes within mandatory audit limit in a financial year, but not in next financial year, then TDS should be deducted in the next financial year or not & after that ?

Q.3.   What is the limit for mandatory tax audit  & W.B. Vat audit for financial year 2012-13.

Q. 4  What is the limit or crieteria to deduct TDS for a Partnership Firm & Pvt. Ltd. Co.
