I bought an under-construction flat in Bangalore.The sales deed is in my name but i want to register the flat in both our names. The flat will complete in next 2 years. Is it too late or can i add my wife's name at the time of registration? Please advise.

Yes provided at the time registration of sale deed,you can array your wife as a party to the sale deed,if your lender(if any) allows you to do so.
