Will against purchased property

Dear Sir/Madam

My GrandFather has purchased a house from the person(He was the second owner of the house). Now Some else has bought a document which shows that the first owner has made a will in his name(First owner Grand Son name).

So to whom it belongs to leagally ?

If the second owner has a properly registered conveyance deed the property belonged to him and so your grandfather's purchase from him is correct, again if backed by a registered conveyance deed.
