WILL DEED

I am Nithin Saravanakumar kumar from Hyderabad. Age 34. My parents expired 15 yrs before.

I applied for divorce in the court 6 months before due to adultery by my wife.I have one child female 3 yrs baby living with my wife. Divorce case is under trial in the court.

I have four vacant lands in the different parts of the city and all these four lands bought by me by my own income. 

I was received many murder threats from my wife and her illegal lover that they will murder me. I lodged complaint to commiossioer of police too.

At this situation, If I died by nature or murder, I dont want to reach my land properties/Bank investments and single paise to my adultery wife.

So I wish to write WILL and in the WILL I wish to mention that In case of my death all of my four vacant lands and bank investments will reach to my female 3yrs baby and my baby only can sell the properties If she attains the major (18yrs).

My doubs are :

If I write WILL like this whether my wife can sell the property on behalf of my minor child ?. If she file any suit in the court, whether court will give the rights to my wife to sell my properties on behalf of my minor child?.

Once If I write will can I sell the land property In case If I am in the need of the money?.

In the future, Can i modify  the WILL. e.g . After divorce, If I do the second marriage, I wish to nominate my second wife and her heirs for my properties etc.,

In the future, Can I cancell the WILL. ?.
