there is no issues on it  any one can be a witness

1. YES .... irrespective of any criteria, ANY major age person of sound mind can be a Witnesses to a Will /Gift Deed.  However, it is always preferable to have a young age prudent person as witnesses, for futuristic safety.

A major sound of mind person can sign as a witness.  But he knows the Testator or executant is important.

The purpose of the witness is that the executor signed the deed in his presence and not on veracity of its contents as misunderstood by many.

A person competent to contract can be witness to a document.
