Wrong address in dv case to get ex parte

only if u can prove that SHE WILLFULLY SUBMITTLED FALSE FACTS B4 THE COURT, she can be prosecuted. O'wise her case has already fallen flat upon her face. Enjoy her crash

yes she did it intentionally. I was out of india that time and in fact she was with me  over there before coming to India and filed the DV case. She gave my India residential address in case to get the ex parte. I don't know much about law terms so please ignore if you find any wrong term in my query. Please advise under which section or how it can be asked to court to take action against her and what actions can be taken by court. 

is it possible to file a purjuiry against her in this case..and at what stage of the case the action against her can be demanded.

I mean 2 say, can u prove that she intentionally gave wrong address. She may say that the address was best to her knowledge. The facts u have mentioned, I do not see any Perjury case building here!

If you prove that you never lived said address.

OR

her intension was wrong.

Than you may pray to court for take action against your wife.

25 days before filing the case she was with me out of india...in fact she was working with me over there...so she can't deny the fact that she was not knowing my correct address...it will not be possible for her to deny this thing...so I am repeating my query that if i can prove that she intentionally mentioned my wrong address to get the ex parte, can I file perjuiry or what actions can be taken by court against her?
