hi i am NRI ..someone filled case against me under 506 casae because some whats app message from 971553373751 to some indian number ..they filled chargesheet in court with 3 false witness and court also have taken case and issued summons.police filled chargeshhet without any details about that mobile number like mobile number belongs to whom and IP address like..opposite party have issue with me..now can i file quash in high court under crpc 188 and that mobile number is not belongs tome...please give best advise to me in this condition
