Where the divorce petition will be filed?

you can file  at family court, if family court not available then district court. you can file it to mumbai, but hariyana prefarable in the sense, marriage performed at harayana & presently wife residing at harayana. 

go on mutual divorce if possible.

for filing the divorce case u have to remember two things that is

where the marriage was performed(cause of action)

where she last resides

these two points have to be emember to fiile an divorce case

you can file anywhere [last resided, married place ] , but your wife got the final say where to proceed the case.

I mean, she can file transfer petition in supreme court [bcoz of inter-state] to transfer the case whereever she resides.
