IN THE ABSENSE OF ACCUSED MATTER WAS COMMITE TO THE SESSIONS COURT BY THE MAGISTRATE COURT?AFTER THAT NBW ISSUE.CAN THE ACCUSED APPLY FOR FRESH ANTICIPATORY BAIL SO THAT HE CAN APPEAR BEFORE MM COURT HIS MATTER ALSO BE COMMITTED TO SESSIONS COURT? IS THERE ANY JUDGEMENT ?

It is not necessary to go for anticipatory. Let him appeal before the session court and apply for the warrant cancellation.
