Hi,
My sister-in-law filed case against all of our family under section 498A. Though it is false allegations about all us.

I work as a IT Engg in IT cmnpy.
I wanted to ask you as if I want to switch my job so it may be possible that my offer letter may withdrawal under background verification which involves police verification also. So what is the solution to get out of this suitation? Is there any document which we can submit to the company so that this should not create any hurdle in joining new organisation?

Please help me with the same

It all depends on the management to consider your explanation. Only for government job CRIMINAL verification is done.

In private job, such cases may not effect but all depend on the management. You should reveal the fact in your application itself.

Actually for my brother this suitation happens . He tried switching to other company(TCS) as he didn't disclose about this cases so after he received offer letter he put papers in his current company, but after some days he got call from TCS saying that 'Ur background verification is not cleared and we are withdrawing Ur offer ' . So I don't want same to be happen with me also.

And the main problem is if like this every company dnt accept us then wat shld we do about our career thn.
Need ur suggestions related to this.
