Affidavite for releasing my shares in house

Hi
I have house which is on my name and my mother name. I want to release my share in house so mother become sole owener of house. I want to make affidavite immediately. I will make release deed and do legal registration later.
Can you send me format of afffidavite which I can write on stamp paper and hand it over to mother.

You can make a relinquishment deed in favour of your mother and register it. Delay in registration will lead to levy of penalties. I am enclosing a sample it is advisable to get the document done at your place under the guidance of an advocate.

execute the rights relinquish deed. The deed can be drafted by bond writer also, there is nothing special in writing the deed.
