Appeal to district court from family court?

(Querist) 02 December 2013 This query is : Resolved
Is there any provision for appeal from family court to district court instead of high court?

In my case, FC allowed the trial of witnesses from my side, respondent, while pending the marking of doctor's prescription, submitted by petitioner, through the trial of doctor.

Can I go for appeal to district court or any other court lower than high court?

read provisions of family court act . you will have to move HC as no appeal is allowed agianst interim orders passed by FC

HC IS THE ONLY OPTION.

Appeal is liable to be filed before high court.
