For How many years a loan defaulters name is reflected in cibil & in bank records?

Not a legal, but academic query also. You should approach the CIBIL, as none of the expert can be expected to be the spokesman of the CIBIL.

However, CIBIL does not include or exclude name of its own, it does so till Bank / institution continues to submit.
