PArtnership Application for Registration

Dear All,

I have made a Form A for registration of the partnership agreement. In the Form A normally the both parties will sign the application for registration. But the same has to be wittnessed in the presence of any witness.

Whether anyone can witness the same or that has to be signed only in the presence of notary .

Kindly advise the matter as it is very very urgent.

Whether it can be witnessed by a Company Secretary or a Chartered Accountant who is in fulltime emloyment in a company.

Rgds

Advice

We have a College named as DAV College in which we have two blocks in one block we are running regular college & in other block some courses like BBA, BCOM, Bed, under Self finance scheme in other block under one Principal.
Now we are constructing a new building in the same campus of the existing college & we want to name it as a DAV Girls College under a new Principal & to shift the courses of Self finance scheme in that new building.
We want your esteemed advice on the following:
1.Can we run another college in the campus of the existing college legally as per the guidelines of U P Govt. Education & UGC laws? If yes, then quote the reference of sec. & G.O.
2.If yes, will we get recognition & affiliation from UGC, NCTE, AICTE, & the University?
3. If yes, how we can get recognition & affiliation from UGC, NCTE, AICTE, & the University?
Also advice us with other relevant information in this regard.

With Thanks,

S S GOEL
