About sale deed

Sir, when two persons are buying a property jointly, then is it possible to write a condition in the sale deed that none of the two can sell his share of the property without taking consent of the other one. That is, later on, if one of the joint holders wants to sell his share of that property, divided or undivided, he cannot do so without taking the consent of the other joint holder.

How to sell a property based on gpa

Dear Learned Friends,

Please advise me as of how to either sell or register my property which is in GPA.
My property at Bangalore is in the name of my Mother, but now my mother is not alive and also the Landlord who executed the GPA to my mother during the year 1980's is also not alive.
We have paid the betterment charges to the BBMP corporation of Bangalore and the property tax is paid regularly in my mother name and have the "Holder Khatha" from the Bangalore City Coroporation.

Please let me know the correct procedure either to register the property in my name to avail a home loan or for sale of property.

With Greetings,
Udhaya VS
