Dear all,
Please guide on the follwing:-
1]The land given possession to ulc which is now with mhada pune.
i) Is there any way to claim the land if there no development is done by mhada in 15- 20 years.
ii)Do the 5.The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Disposal of Land) Rules, 1981,
Clause 5a help in this matter i.e.(Transfer of land not required for purpose of authority, to original owner. -
+[5A Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 5 or any other rule of these rules, the authority may, with
the previous sanction of the State Government, and on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit,
transfer by conveyance land or any part thereof acquired by the State Government under section 41 of
the Act and made available to it under Sub-section (3) of section 42 thereof, to the original owner of the
land, if such land or any part thereof is not required by the authority for the purpose of the execution of
any of its schemes.]

with respect to the following,
my dad has an ancestral property in nipani, karnataka. a 3500sq feet property rented for office purpose to a company. but my dad was unaware of this agreement of rent. until recently when dad asked for the agreement copy in which my uncle had forged my dads signature. the rent has been paid to only uncle since past 5-7years.
my dad is a resident of kolhapur, maharashtra.
i want to know how & where can my dad file a case against this so that this isnt repeated again in future deals.also can i file a petition to check all the other deals my uncle has done by forging?

we have filed a case against my uncle in the local police station on 7th feb this year. so far no action has been taken by them. we have repeatedly put down option of compromise put forth by both police and the other party lawyer. i want to know if there is anything we could do to ask police why they havent taken against our complaint.
also is there a way through which i could get the details of all the complaints against my uncle in the same police station, which i am sure there are plenty filed.

Please tell me admissibility of Copyright/Trademark certificate obtained in Foreign countries and exhibited as evidence in indian courts have to be proved as authentic ??? whether it will be primary or secondary evidence???
any judgement in which foreign copyright certificate is is inadmissible in evidence pls refer the same...

this is to inform you that i am working for sun pharma for last 7 years and in the year 2009 they have publised and circulated my self taken photographs as a table top calender for the promotion of two products ie letroz and ananbrez and circulated though out india among doctors as a promotional inputs. they have never ever gave me any mononetory benefit and or royelty for the said 12 photographs of leh and ladakh. they have mentioned in the top page as photograph taken by me. sir, now sun wants me to resign or leave my job, which i protested and they ultimately transfered me to coimbatore from kolkata leaveing my mother, wife and son. i am appealing to hr for transfer on humantarian ground but they didnot yet responded to my mails and over ph they asks me to resign. i have given so much to sun , and can i now claim for royelti for the calender they published and circulated. resently my father passed away, i am the only male member, and my wife is working in govt sector in kolkata and leaving with my aged mother and minor son. can i get the royelti though doing service of sun? and what will be the moneytory claim, and how to proceed?
i need help for this.

Stages innvolved in trade mark registration
Dear Sir i have applied for the registration of my trade mark 12 months ago. My current Tarde Mark status is 'send to Vienna Codification', I would like to know what would be the further stages innvoled in the process.
