Rights in ancestral agricultural property as per Muslim law.

My maternal Grandfather (Nana) had two wives. The agricultural property is in the name of second wife. Do the children of the first wife have any rights or share in the property owned by the second wife as per Muslim laws?

A doubt

Dear expert,
what is safe harbour of IP licensing agreements? when they say that the competition law is not applicable to such arrangements, does it mean that the arrangements made by the company and not treated as Anti-Competitive agreements and the restrictions laid, are allowed, in spite of it having an adverse effect on the competition in the market?

Appointment of support functions i.e. hr, it, finance

Hi everyone I just wanted to know that is this true that as per Bar Council of India Law firms are not supposed to hire Support functions i.e. HR, IT, Finance professionals on roll.

As my current employer told me that they can hire only advocates/lawyers on their roll. HR, IT, Finance people are hired on the roll of sister company. Is this true ??? Kindly give your views.
