Hello , my father bought a shop in 1990 on pagdi basis now he is no more and landlord is saying you can run it coz your father is dead and new law has passes that you need to vacate the landlord property. I want to ask is there any law passed in delhi?? Coz now i want to sale it ! Please huide me what to reply him in a perfect manner so that his mouth can be shut!!! He is forcing me daily to vacate!

I m planning to buy a land which is a ancestral property. Now the owner is no more. He has 6 son and 4 daughter. Recently 2 month back new patta made on the name of his 6 son after his daughter given there consent in the form of NOC. Now while buying whose signature required for new registration. Should I need the signatures of his grand son and others along with his 6 son

I have flat in co-operative housing society.I want to make LL aggrement to shop keeper for his staff members residence.But society objecting.they saying flat has to be give to residence of family members only.This is rule ? Can i give flat on leave&licence aggrement without society noc ?
