We are senior citizens living in Mumbai. One of our close relatives cheated us by saying that he started a real estate company in Andhra Pradesh and asked us to invest to purchase land in his company and sent some brochures. We believed and paid about 10 lakh rupees by cash and bank transfer. Five years passed he did not give us any land or not returned our money back. For two years we are requesting to return back our money. He is not responding anyway, what kind of legal action we can take against him. Please advise us. Thank you
My son is living in the USA. He executed a Gpa in 2014 in favor of his close relative to manage his property with sale power in AP. Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a flat in Supertech Ecovillage Noida in 2015 in subvention scheme. As per the allotment letter, it sates that the possession date was in May 2016 which can have another grace period of 6 months. However I have not received possession of the same. The plastering of the building is yet to start.
My subvention loan is in Indiabulls bank who suddenly changed their loan interest rate to 13%. I want to know can I foreclose the loan as its a huge EMI which is going for me.
Even if I want to put up legal case would it stop my EMI or I have to pay bank at any cost. Also I want to know about my credit rating if EMI is stopped. Some in my society has put up a legal case against Supertech but in vain. Either the builder is not paying money or case is still pending.
Wanted your guidance, at this time would it make sense for me to foreclose the loan or it can have any impact if builder doesn't give me possession and I have to put up a legal case?

My hard mother has one son ( my father) and two daughters.I sold the property recently in 2021 for my sister marriage. My grand mother died in 2020. Now they (my father sisters) scared me we have right in mother's property we suit a case on above sold property. And they asking money to stop suit a case.
Is any right to them to suit a case on above land now?
