Query is regarding my Ancestral Property-
My Grandfather has a land of around 150 Acre and he died around 50 years back, he has 3 sons and my father is the eldest , Now my youngest uncle is planning to sell the whole land without giving any share to my father . My grandmother is alive and my youngest uncle has taken her with him forcebly . Now my youngest uncle and my middle uncle wants to sell the land without giving anyshare to my father.
There was no will created by my Grandfather and papers were created by my youngest uncle as per his wish. Dont exactly know that my grandmother has signed it any where or not she is around 90+ now.
I want to ask that is there any clause in the law which states that my father being the eldest son should have equal share as other two son have on that property.
Please let me know if any query for me to answer..
Please suggest ?
I want to know the procedure and expense in inclusion of my name in wife's property( flat). We are living in that flat in a housing society in navi mubai. Thane. Pl reply. Thanks

My grand mother owned a land. She had three children 1-son (my father) and 2 daughter. While I was in abroad, my aunt son got a certificate from the local village officer saying legal heirs for my grand mother is only two daughter and transferred the land to her wife name after getting the signature from my two aunts without notifying me. How can take legal action. Kindly advise.

My father died during Dec.,1990 leaving behind a house consisting of three floors in Delhi. My mother getting family pension as well as her own pension as they were in govt. job. Since the death of my father my mother is collecting rental income of ground floor. There are three legal share holders of the above property. Besides myself, one unmarried sister and widow mother are the three legal heirs of the property. I have two minor children and my husband took VRS and doing her own business. My mother has been always assuring me that my rental share would be given to me. Recently I came to know that my mother alongwith her aged unmarried daughter has secretly bought a society flat jointly and my mother relinquished her share to my younger sister. Now they clearly told me that they would not give me anything. My sister is unemployed and the main source of income by which they have bought the flat was from the rental income of my father's property. Please advise me the ground/points on which I can file the claim of share from the appropriate court of law.
sir,
my father and me jointly own a property. the ownership rights is only towards vacant land. only ground floor is constructed out of the land and i am staying in the property with father and my wife. after a while, due to differences between us he stays with sister. he proposed to develop the property by adding more floors in the building a let it out for rent. as i was in good terms he asked to enter into agreement and collect the rent myself. i started to receive the rents but after a while he changed his mind and now asking me to vacate the house and hand over the property to him. all negotiations failed. he is not budging. please advise me. am i having legal right. to what extent. what will be my position if he goes to court.
