Yes you can lodge report against him for trespassing if you have not a joint family.

Your query is devoid of necessary details.
Though you can file a civil suit praying for injunction against him so that he can be restrained from entering your house, you have to make a good prima facie case showing how his forceful entrance would be harmful to you.
That apart for the time being you could also try a quick and efficacious remedy by initiating proceeding u/s 144(2)CrPC.
