Land registration through court auction

Dear experts,

I have participated in an auction in the court(for not repaying the debt to someone), and I won the auction and paid advance amount in the court.
I heard there is 50 days grace period to complete the registration of the land.
Why there is grace period?
And can the land owner go to higher court and cancel the acution?

Water pump installed by society member

Hello,
I live in a co-operative housing society in Palghar (Maharashtra).
We get water once in a day around 8 PM from the storage tank.
I have come to know that one member (who is a society secretary) has installed water pump. I do not have the solid evidence though.
Due to this, I do not get sufficient water-flow in my home.

Can you please let me know how to investigate officially and what actions can be taken against this member who is a secretary of the society ?

What is the time period in which Partition of immovable property be done among the inherited through a court ? or it does not come under the limitation act...

Not honouring the promise

I have purchased a agricultural property. the seller promised to provide fencing gate, eb connection and getting patta from the Registrar office, despite with long patience over 6 months..
I have paid all the money in full the cost of the property includes service charges for the above expenses

Now the seller fails to honour the promise, after taking the money in full from me, and disconnect the phone and even block my number.

May I know please, how to file the case against the seller..?! How do I get the legal service in drafting notice and getting the damage from the seller. (I lost the time where profit from seasonal crop is dealyed because of deficiency of service by the seller)

Land registry ,mutation ,benama all papers is in our name

Our Land (Property) registry , mutation , benama all papers is in our name
Even on Uttar Pradesh land portal registry has our name written online
But our relative told he has published article in newspaper some years ago that this property belongs to him and we never responsed to this article that time now few years ago he filed case in court for taking this property which was aquired by railways to create railtrack and we submitted all papers to railway . railway release payment in our name but as this relative gave false news/papers railway deposited money in court but in our name .
now he is telling to give half share of property otherwise he will not let it get this money and will harass in court and we will have to spent lakhs in court till 30 to 50 years. i am thinking this should go in fraud case as when registry mutation benama is in our name how can he publish article in newspaper few years ago please tell . he is telling show receipt of payment done 30 years ago (all receipts for full amount) even when registry is there in our name . i think law says registry is the biggest proof of ownership of property. land is agricultral land purchased 30 years ago. should we file fraud case against him for publishing our land in newspaper as his land few years ago .

Execution petition

The Plaintiff have filed a suit for (O.S.No.381/1969) Specific performance of the above agreement before the Vth Additional Judge,City Civil Court, Hyderabad parties have entered into a compromise (1st compromise) and wherein, the Respondents herein have offered to give 20 acres and 39 guntas to the Appellant/plaintiff.when the Respondents have failed to honour their commitment as per the above 1 st compromise decree, the DHR/Plaintiff filed the present E.P.No. 58/1984 before the executing court for execution.In this E.P. also, again both the parties have entered into another compromise and as per the 2 nd compromise, the DHR/Plaintiff was allotted 12 acres, after foregoing 8.39 acr. as they have declared excess land given to government
(2nd Compromise decree) DHR/Plaintiff was allotted 12 acres, and physical possession has been given JDR.
MY QUESTION.
DOCKET ORDER DATED 21.02.1985 IN EPno 58/1984 is as under
"compromise checked. the same is in order. compromise recorded EP is CLOSED.
AS THEIR WAS NO FINAL ADJUDICATION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES ON MERITS. SO THAT I WILL NOT HIT BY LIMITATION

1. How you could say that E.P No58/1984 was closed by the court for "statistical purpose."
2. How this present (EA No 745/2015) petition is maintainable for reopening of EP NO. 58/1984 , as there was no EP filed, after recording compromise in the above Ep On 21.02.1985.

Land purchased by my father when i was minor (daughter)

Dear Sir,
My query is related to a piece of land which was bought by my father in my name and he was gurdian in it, Later he started selling it by cut into the plots and just one piece of plot he hold for me, but that piece is not registered in my name, as at the time was purchase it has a khasra number later he got approved the area and plot number is been allotted. but as on date so called plot is not in my name, but the whole land was in my name initially, which is been sold off without my consent, even without my signature.
Now as on date we just had copy of Jamabandi and Property tax reciept which is still in my name,but dont have any other documents. Need your advice how can i claim that remining part of property(plot), as my financial conditions are not good and my husband has just got the kidney transplant. my father is not supporting us not even my mother too, she is also stayed with us, as my father is not giving her any basic need things nor for any medical support-she is heart patient.
I have a brother(married) but my father is not supporting him too. Father made some more properties in my mother name by selling her jewellery and took money from my nana. but he is not giving us the property papers even not allowing us to enter in those properties.
what we can do ..please suggest....Thanks in advance.

Transfer of property after death of joint owner

My sister and her husband have a flat in a cooperative housing society in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. Her husband has passed away. What is the procedure for transferring property to her? Do we need to approach CIDCO or the Managing Committee of housing society? Can she ask for her daughter's name to be included in the share certificate of the Society? She and her daughter are the sole surviving heirs of her husband.

Grandmother property

Grandmother purchased a property of 2acres in 1956 in Tamilnadu
She sold one acre in 1963.
She was a widow .Due to explainable threatens from the co-share holders she didn't use the remaining land.
After resurvey in 1970,the Joint Patta still holds the name of my grandmother.
I made patta mutation from my grandmother name to my mother name.
The Title document is in my Grandmother name.
The nearby share holders(2 families) destroyed the boundaries and enjoying the land .
They dont have any tax paid certificates or proof of title for my grandmother property.

I planning for sub division of the property.

My query is:
1. whether the remaining land owners in the same survey land can claim adverse possession?
2.Can i file for partition suit?
